Thank you for playing Black Desert for PS4. We always strive to deliver the best possible experience for our players, however sometimes we discover issues that crept through our QA process. Below is an issue of currently known issues in Black Desert :

1. There is an issue where you cannot withdraw contribution points from Western Guard Camp if you connect to any near nodes.
2. There is an issue where a sudden screen freeze occurs when you obtain geographical knowledge.
3. There is an issue where you become stuck out in the field when switching camera during changing servers.
4. There is an issue where Pearl Store outfits render slowly when there are many users around.
5. There is an issue where the same cutscene plays twice during certain main quest.
6. There is a known issue where if you are on the ASIA server, the O and X buttons are switched in the Unstable Crevice UI.
7. There is an issue where the Christella Wagon Cover would not display correctly when it was crafted.
8. There is an issue where the O key does not change based on your system settings when interacting with the Alchemy UI.
9. There is an issue where the new Artic Fox pet does not display correctly in certain circumstances.

10. There is an issue where some irregular items appear on the Central Market.

11. There is an issue where the Mystic Awakening Quest displays the wrong input for the skill ' Elbow Edge'.

12. There is an issue where the chat window displays family name instead of character name, disabling Whispers and Party Invites with other users.

13. There is a known issue where if your character is at Level 59 with 99.99% Combat EXP, Quests which award Combat EXP will not give you the EXP.

[Resolved Issues]
1. There is a known issue where you cannot leave the Guild Payout window despite pressing the correct button.

2. There is an issue where the Mystic's Beauty Album incorrectly displayed, and it has been temporarily disabled.
