Thank you for playing Black Desert for PS4. We always strive to deliver the best possible experience for our players, however sometimes we discover issues that crept through our QA process. Below is an issue of currently known issues in Black Desert :

1. There is an issue where you cannot withdraw contribution points from Western Guard Camp if you connect to any near nodes.
2. There is an issue where you become stuck out in the field when switching camera during changing servers.
3. There is an issue where Pearl Store outfits render slowly when there are many users around.
4. There is an issue where the same cutscene plays twice during certain main quest.
5. There is an issue where the Christella Wagon Cover would not display correctly when it was crafted.
6. There is an issue where if the X and O buttons have been changed, the change will not affect the lantern observation mode.
7. There is an issue when recovering the Max. Durability of Red Sand Crystal Rings, the recovery amount is incorrectly displayed on the pop-up.
8. There is an issue where the Red Sand Crystal Ring cannot be enhanced continuously.

9. There is an issue where the item name and tooltip of Freed Magical Shards/Black Stones are in Korean. 

[Resolved Issues]
1. There is an issue where a sudden screen freeze occurs when you obtain geographical knowledge.
2. There is a known issue where if you are on the ASIA server, the O and X buttons are switched in the Unstable Crevice UI.
3. There is an issue where the Mystic's Beauty Album incorrectly displayed, and it has been temporarily disabled.
4. There is an issue where the O key does not change based on your system settings when interacting with the Alchemy UI.
5. There is an issue where the new Artic Fox pet does not display correctly in certain circumstances.

6. There is an issue where the item name and tooltip of Freed Magical Shards/Black Stones are in Korean.
