It was confirmed that some of the items which were in transport before the start of the maintenance on January 8th did not reach their destination.

This issue has been resolved and you can find all of your items in Heidel Storage.

* Please note that in the event that the number of items sent to Heidel Storage exceeds the maximum number of available storage slots (192), some of the items can be invisible and you might have to take out an item from the storage first for the lost item to appear.

We apologize for the inconvenience and will make sure to avoid such issues in the future.
