A small patch was released on January 9th at 7:35 AM UTC / 11:35 PM PST to address the following issue:

※ We have fixed an issue where the residence container window is overlapped by the inventory window after triggering the Transport UI.

In order for these changes to be applied, you will need to restart your game.
