Thank you for playing Black Desert for PS4. We always strive to deliver the best possible experience for our players, however sometimes we discover issues that crept through our QA process. Below is an issue of currently known issues in Black Desert :

There is an issue where you cannot withdraw contribution points from Western Guard Camp if you connect to any near nodes.
There is an issue where you become stuck out in the field when switching camera during changing servers.
There is an issue where Pearl Store outfits render slowly when there are many users around.
There is an issue where the same cutscene plays twice during certain main quest.
There is an issue where the Christella Wagon Cover would not display correctly when it was crafted.
There is an issue where if the X and O buttons have been changed, the change will not affect the lantern observation mode.

There is an issue where the tooltip for the 'Let's Make Moon Rice Cake' event ingredients incorrectly state they should be arranged in an [l] shape. In order to combine these items, you will need to make a [-] shape.

There is an issue where parts of Rosa De Sharon and Arctic Fang Outfit tooltips are displayed in English if the game language is set to Spanish.

There is an issue where the chat window displays family name instead of character name, disabling Whispers and Party Invites with other users.

There is a known issue where if your character is at Level 59 with 99.99% Combat EXP, Quests which award Combat EXP will not give you the EXP.

There is an issue where a sudden screen freeze occurs when you obtain geographical knowledge.

There is an issue where sometimes Concealment does not apply when using the Rabam skills Shuriken: Moon Drive or Ninjutsu: Oni Shadow.

There is an issue where the tooltip for the [Event] Cacao Chocolate item displays items that are currently not available.

There is an issue with aiming cannons while continuously firing the cannon.

We are aware of the issue where you are unable to continuously process items that cannot be stacked in the same inventory slot.
     - This issue will be resolved during the next scheduled maintenance.

There is an issue where certain Titles are displayed in Korean when the game language is set to German or French.

There is an issue where specific items are not searchable when looking through the Central Market fucntion.

There is a known issue in the French version of Black Desert Xbox/PS4 where the following item's description/tooltip are not displaying correctly:

     - [Musa] Yuldo Helmet

     - [Valkyrie] Lahr Arcien R

     - Certain costumes for Striker

There is a known issue in the German version of Black Desert Xbox/PS4 where the following item's description/tooltip are not displaying correctly:

     - Lahr Arcien Classic Set

There is a known issue in the Spanish version of Black Desert Xbox/PS4 where the following item's description/tooltip are not displaying correctly:

     - Venecil items for Mystic

     - [Mystic] Lahr Arcien Vambrace

     - [Event] Moonlight Shards

There is a known issue in the Japanese version of Black Desert Xbox/PS4 where the following item's description/tooltip are not displaying correctly:

     - Naphart Campsite

     - [Musa] Yuldo items

     - Kibelius Helmets for Lahn, Mystic, Dark Knight

There is an issue where the tooltip of the Naphart Campsite Shop lists currently unavailable items.

There is a known issue with certain outfits in the Pearl Shop not displaying separate pieces.

There is a known issue in the Pearl Shop where if you select the Striker/Mystic Canape outfit, the default price/view is for the Canape Costume Set rather than the Canape Classic set.

There is an issue where the required EXP for each tier of the Arctic Fox Pet is set as Tier 2.

※ This issue will be resolved during the scheduled maintenance on March 18th. However, the levels/tiers will be unchanged, and only the required EXP will be fixed.

Kamasylve will not render in correctly when taking the Old Moon Sky Balloon from Calpheon to Kamasylvia

Resolved Issues

There is an issue when recovering the Max. Durability of Red Sand Crystal Rings, the recovery amount is incorrectly displayed on the pop-up.
There is an issue where the Red Sand Crystal Ring cannot be enhanced continuously.

There is an issue where the screenshot mode cannot be used after saving the appearance in the Beauty Album. (Fixed 1/9 2PM PST)
There is a known issue where you cannot use the residence container after opening the transport UI via the world map. (Fixed 1/9 2PM PST)

There is a known issue where the navigation feature only works on nodes and not specific locations.

There is a known issue where through a specific set of conditions, wizards are locked into a pose. To rectify the situation.
