Unfortunately there was an issue where the Kunoichi Awakening events are not able to be collected immediately upon completion of the challenges. Rewards for completing these challenges will be able to be accepted from the challenge window after March 4th maintenance.

Fully complete your awakening quests to receive an Advice of Valks (+20) and the [Event] Awakening Gift Pack - you can collect the rewards from the Challenge tab.
