If you have purchased one of these coupons, you can send a ticket to our support team at xbox.playblackdesert.com/support to request for the Pearls to be returned to you.

As the feature will be coming in the future, you can also choose to hold on to the coupon and use it once the feature is added. We are sorry for any confusion or inconvenience caused by the listing.
