We would like to inform you that after our cross-play update on March 4th the appearance of Shai class costumes/outfits has been adjusted to what was originally applied in the Xbox version of Black Desert (with longer underwear). 

PlayStation 4 users who have purchased Shai costumes or outfits before March 4th, are entitled to a full refund (the item will be removed) if they apply via support tickets (link) before April 14th, 2020.

If Shai costumes/outfits were purchased as part of a package which included other Pearl items, the amount of Pearls equal to the costumes's/outfit's regular price will be refunded (with discounts applied).
I.E.
If the package is discounted by 25% and includes a 2900 Pearl Shai costume, 2175 Pearls will be refunded (25% of 2900).
