Ellie invites you to attend a special water festival at Terrmian Beach. From water balloons to fishing, Mystical Ellie’s Water Festival celebrates almost everything that water has to offer. We know that the world of Black Desert is a busy place, but Ellie hopes that you will take time out of your busy day to relax next to the cool waters. 

Not sure where to go? Terrmian Beach is located just outside of Olvia, and Ellie’s invitation is kind enough to share directions on how to get there.

Event 1- Visit Terrmian Beach

Get rewarded for helping out the locals
Many of the visitors to Mystical Ellie’s Water Festival are offering great rewards for helping out around the festival! So make sure to chat to as many of the festival goers as possible and truly make the most of the event.

* Event quests can be completed once per day, per family. Daily reset occurs at the following times:

• North America: 05:00 PM (PDT)
• Europe: 01:00 AM (UTC+1)
• Asia: 09:00 AM (UTC+9)

*You can exchange 10 ‘[Event] Soaked Timber Square’ to the Drunkard NPC in Terrmian Beach to receive an ‘[Event] Bobble Bobble Matchlock’.

* [The ‘[Event] Bobble Bobble Matchlock’ will have a special event when hitting water balloons.

Event 2 - Pop Pop Pop

Balloon Popping Fun

Looking for a way to test your accuracy skills to impress your friends? Want to show that you are the luckiest Adventurer on the beach? Splashy Water Balloon will appear, and you and your friends will need to throw either ‘[Event] Ellie’s Small Water Balloon’ or shoot the ‘[Event] Bobble Bobble Matchlock’ at it. We recommend having a group of adventurers to attack the Splashy Water Balloon.

Note:
● The Splashy Water Balloon will appear 1 hour after it explodes.
● The Splashy Water Balloon only takes damage from the ‘[Event] Ellie’s Small Water Balloon’ or the ‘[Event] Bobble Bobble Matchlock’. 

Event 3 - Traces of Mystical Ellie

Throughout the world of Black Desert, traces of Mystical Ellie’s Water Festival are dropping. These traces are considered incredibly lucky, and can drop from monsters, fish and even gathering. Collect the ‘[Event] Traces of a Festival’ and you can even turn them in for an exclusive ‘Elephant Fountain’.

In order to obtain the ‘Elephant Fountain’, you will need to complete a specific quest line on Terrmian Beach. Once this is completed, you will be able to exchange 50 ‘[Event] Traces of a Festival]’.

Note:
● This quest can only be completed once per family.  
● You have to complete the quests in order to reach the final quest.

Event 4 - All Aboard the Love Boat

Want to decorate your boat and make it a considerably nice place to be? Complete the quests from Anya at Terrmian Beach and you can obtain the Springtide Rowboat/Fishing Boat decorations to liven up your boat a little bit!

• The Springtide Fishing boat and Springtide Rowboat decoration sets have a 30 day usage period that begins immediately upon obtaining the items.
  ● Event Quests can only be completed once per Family.
  ● Event Quests are a quest line, and must be completed in order.

Event 5 - Pearl Mullet Fishing Event

No water festival would be complete without a fishing event! For the duration of ‘Mystical Ellie’s Water Festival’, you will be able to catch Pearl Mullets from various spots around the Black Desert World! These fish sell for 300,000 silver so make sure you fish up a fortune during this event period.

• If you set your autofishing to discard yellow fish, you will not be able to catch a Pearl Mullet.
