There was a minor PlayStation Network issue around 3:00-3:45 AM PDT (11:00-11:45 AM UTC+1, 7:00-7:45 PM GMT+9) which made it impossible to access the game (users who were already accessing the game at the time were not affected).

 

The issue has been resolved and PlayStation 4 users can now access the game normally.
