Greetings Adventurers!

We are proud to announce the start of our Discord Moderator Program. After much thought and discussion, we are pleased to invite some of our most helpful and knowledgeable players, to assist the CM's and GM's in supporting the community.

These passionate Black Desert players will assist us in helping fellow adventurers that might need quest help, would like to report issues or bugs, oversee chat, mediate possible issues, and just be all around pals!

For players interested in a Discord Moderator position, please fill out the application listed below for the team to review. If you have been chosen to be a moderator, we will contact you within two weeks of applying. Being a known member of Discord or the Forums is a plus! We would like to invite players that have shown willingness to help, and kindness towards others to participate in this program.

• If activities are insufficient or do not meet the requirements, the monthly benefits will be discontinued. Re-fulfilling the requirements will resume the monthly benefits.
• If inappropriate activity or activity that violates the Operational Policy is discovered, any Moderators benefits can be withdrawn.
• We may provide additional Moderator benefits beyond what is listed above. Details regarding this will be separately provided to Moderators that meet the requirements.
• Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change or cancel the event depending on circumstances. If changes are made, they can be found on this event page.
• If any of the acts in the following categories are identified in your activities, you may not be eligible for being selected; if you are already selected, you may be disqualified and have your rewards withdrawn.
  • If you violate the Black Desert Operational Policy, Terms of Service, etc. or your account is restricted
  • If inappropriate language is identified
  • If you cause harm to other users
  • If you are overtly biased against particular individuals / guilds
  • If you cause sexual humiliation, disgust, and/or discomfort to other people in and out of the game
  • If it includes content not permitted by the Company’s Terms and Policies, such as the sale of accounts, game items, and game assets.
  • If it disrupts/interferes with normal operation of the Company’s services
  • If it causes confusion or direct/indirect harm to the Company or others by disseminating unconfirmed information about Black Desert
  • If deemed as violating other relevant laws/regulations
