As you may have noticed, there is currently an issue where world bosses are spawning erratically. This issue will be fixed during the next maintenance.  

 
Although the Terms of Service would normally call for punitive actions for those who engage in activities against the intended design of the game, we are waiving any negative effects and you are free to kill all the World Bosses at your leisure.
