Thank you for playing Black Desert for Xbox One. We always strive to deliver the best possible experience for our players, however sometimes we discover issues that crept through our QA process. Below is an issue of currently known issues in Black Desert for Xbox One:
 

1. Web Banners not showing correctly in certain situations.
2. There is an event quest that is should not be displaying but can be seen in the game at the moment. This quest is not available, please disregard the quest.
3. [Pearl Shop] There is an issue where you cannot navigate the shop after you press on the Shaggy Dog banner. Press B and you should be able to navigate again.
4. There is an issue where the Resurrection skill icon is shown upon reaching Witch/Wizard class Lv.45. Currently this skill is unavailable and it will be added at a later update.
5. There is an issue where the Guild window UI will refresh when the Guild Quest UI refreshes.
6. After successfuly strengthening an item to +15 with a 'Stabilized Magic Black Stone',  trying to enhance further with 'Concentrated Magical Black Stone' will result in abnormal dialogue. 
7. When in the Storage UI, accessing the mount inventory window with no horse near by will cause the storage to lock up. You can exit the storage window and enter again to be able to normally access the storage.
8. In the World Map, Storages are displayed in towns which have no storage. 
9. In the Character Customization, the 'Eye Value Sliders' are not working correctly. 
10. In the Character Customization, the 'Eye Liner' UI is not working correctly. 
11. In certain cases, when the Red Battlefield concludes, the scoreboard UI will not disappear.
12. The description of the A Button funtionality in the Horse Inventory is incorrect. 
14. There is an issue where regular guild members can invite their friends into a guild in the friend UI.
15. In the Xbox tab of the Friend List UI, the Invitation window will pop up when you press LT.
16. When doing "The Ritual" quest, in the cut scene where Kzarka comes out, it freezes and forces you to another region. It also force sets the game volume to 0.
17. If switching the Y and A key bindings, you cannot set a quantity of items when selling to an NPC

18. There is an issue where it seems like you can move cooking ingredients to your Central Market wallet but you should not be able to.

19. There is an issue where Trade Guild Missions cannot be completed.

20.  There is an issue where the Search function (LT+X) in the Marketplace is currently not functioning properly

21. There is an issue where Harpoon fishing does not work as intended 

22. There is an issue where you are unable to set waypoints in the World Map when you are swimming or using a boat in the water.

Localization/Text Display Issues:
**Please note that these issues may only affect some of the users.**

[English]

1. Target NPC to complete the quest "Dark Hallucinations" is Neruda Shen, but appears as Ridley in the quest objective.

[Resolved Issues]
1. Quest tracker disappears.
2. There is an issue where the quest settings reset after switching servers or relogging into the game.
3. There is an issue with the tavern quests – If you buy all of the quests at once, the number of quests will display incorrectly.
4. There is an intermittent issue where retrieving items from the warehouse to your inventory is unavailable and one of these messages appear: "Cannot Apply Item Results to Memory" / "Item not found"/ "Invalid Count".
5. There is an issue with the Buy and Manage UI when upgrading the Tool Workshop.
6. There is an issue where you cannot move items directly from your horse inventory to your storage.
Please move your items into your inventory and then move them into storage.
7. There is an issue where if you exchange your gold bars in one town, the silver is sent to a different storage. For example: You exchange your gold bars in Velia, but the silver ends up in your Calpheon storage instead.
8. In German and French, the Character Slot expansion coupon shows incorrect information, the current maximum number of slots is 7.
9. There is an issue where if you select the "[Crossroad] For Altinova" quest, the "Until We Meet Again" quest shows up. You should not be able to accept/complete the quest, because it should not be there. It is normal for you to not be able to complete the "Until We Meet Again" quest when you start the "[Crossroad] For Altinova" quest. This quest display issue will be fixed with a later update.

10. Made it so that there pressing the ‘All’ button on the number pad does not automatically confirm your storage/purchase/sale.
11. Fixed the issue where the UI overlaps when making boats causing users to cancel the task and end up losing their materials.

[English]
1. Some in-game text regarding skill commands, enhanced items, and some systems messages do not appear.
2. Reform Stone item description incorrectly instructs users to press RT instead of A.
3. The name of the boss for the quest "[Boss] Slayer of the Arena" appears as "Soldiers' Graveyard Boss" instead of "Kavali".
4. Users may not switch to characters under Lv. 6 through the disconnect window. System message displays incorrect level limit of 5 and under to switch characters.
5. Quest widget may not display the target NPC required to complete a quest.

[German]
1. Pearl Shop Pet item type descriptions do not appear.
2. [Character Slot Expansion Coupon] Displays the incorrect number of character that can be created. The character creation limit is seven.

[French]
1. Some in-game button text may appear in English.
2. [Character Slot Expansion Coupon] Displays the incorrect number of character that can be created. The character creation limit is seven.
