November is officially the end of summertime, and Europe decides to end it slightly earlier than North America. As we can only change the times during a full maintenance, we will be applying them to EU slightly before the clocks jump back, and for North America they will be applied slightly after.

This means that for a brief period, World Bosses, Node Wars and Tax Wagons will spawn at a different time than usual. Once time catches up, everything will be restored to how it is currently.

For the European Servers, from 10/21 until 10/25 ALL world bosses will spawn 1 hour later than usual.

For the North America Servers, from 11/1 until 11/4, ALL world Bosses will spawn 1 hour earlier than usual.

After the times sort themselves out (EU moves their clocks back 1 hour/Maintenance occurs for North America on November 4^th), all times will change to what they should be.
