Adventurers,
During the last maintenance (January 6th), it has been confirmed that character name changes were unfortunately not applied.
The issue has been identified and correct. Therefore, name changes that were/are requested from December 22nd to the January 20th maintenance will be applied after then maintenance on January 20th.
We apologize for the inconvenience and will make efforts to prevent such issues in the future.
