The General Goods Vendor of Heidel, Lara, is in need of assistance. She needs to make a series of items and is hoping that Adventurers can help her out. Lara will reward you for your good deeds, so there is no time like the present to become a good samaritan!

NA: May 12th 05:00 PM – Before May 25^th Maintenance (PDT)

EU: May 13th 01:00 AM – Before May 26^th Maintenance (UTC+1)

ASIA: May 13th 09:00 AM – Before May 26^th Maintenance (GMT+9)

① Log in during the event period to receive the following item.

* Event Challenges are available once a day per family during the event period.
Event Challenge will reset at the following times:

- NA: 05:00 PM (PDT) / EU: 01:00 AM (UTC+1) / ASIA: 09:00 AM (GMT+9)

② While you have the [Event] Someone's Letter in your inventory, go to the NPC Lara in Heidel to accept a special quest.

- Once you complete the quest objectives, you will need to return the [Event] Someone’s Letter to Lara to obtain the quest completion rewards.

Tip! Purchase an Empty Bottle from the Material Vendor. Stand on a source of fresh water and begin collecting water into the Empty Bottle.
