Adventurers,

Following the May 12th (UTC+1) Maintenance, we have confirmed issues regarding certain Challenge Rewards (Charred Rock Fragments and the Ancient Spirit Dust rewards), the Attendance Rewards, as well as the ‘[Event] Listen to Lara's Request’ quest.

Currently, the aforementioned Challenge Rewards and the Attendance Rewards cannot be collected. Furthermore, while we work on these issues, the ‘[Event] Listen to Lara's Request’ quest has been restricted. 

We plan to resolve these issues during the May 14th Maintenance (UTC+1) and further details regarding the maintenance will be shared via separate notices.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this situation. We will try to ensure that such issues do not occur again in the future.
