Thank you for playing Black Desert for Xbox One. We always strive to deliver the best possible experience for our players, however, sometimes we discover issues that crept through our QA process. Below is an issue of currently known issues in Black Desert for Xbox One:

1. There is an issue where there are no visual indicators for Hot Time.

2. There is an issue where only 10 exchanges are displayed when exchanging Asula Accessories.

3. There is an issue where some of Dark Knight’s skills are not displaying correctly when previewing them in Skill Demo mode.

4. There is an issue where some of Warrior’s skill motions don’t display properly when previewing them in Skill Demo mode.

5. There is an issue where your previous death penalty shows up along with your current death penalty. Please note that only the most recent one is applied. (This applies to the trade items that you’re carrying that get destroyed as well.)

6. There is an issue where web banners do not show up properly in certain instances.

7. There is an issue where the Resurrection skill icon is shown upon reaching Witch/Wizard class Lv.45. Currently this skill is unavailable and will be added at a later update.
- You need to remove the item from the enhancement window and put it back in for the correct enhancement rate to show"

8. There is an issue where sometimes the scoreboard UI will not disappear after the Red Battlefield concludes.

9. There is an issue where the master volume in game gets set to zero when the cutscene for the [The Ritual] quest begins playing.
"In the Path of Power event box, there are two description errors.
- In [Event] Level 20 Achievement Box, [Event] Karlstein Outfit & Weapon box should be giving a outfit with 15 days of expiration date, not 7 days as written in the description.
- The expiration period for [Event] Level 60 Achievement Box is written as 7 days, but it actually does not have any expiration period."

10. In German, there is an issue with the 'Cantusa' Wizard outfit saying Staff instead of Dagger.

11. There is an issue where the NPC for Calpheon City Decoration quest does not appear even though the level requirement is fulfilled.

12. There is an issue where in certain situations storage maids are not properly stacking items when there are network issues. If this occurs, please try again.

13. There is an issue where in certain situations the game crashes when the game is suspended on the character selection screen.

14. There is an issue with the Ultimate Package localization text that it has [Transaction Maid] Fairy Irene included however it doesn't contain one as intended.

15. There is an issue with the Pre-Order Ultimate Package localization text that it have Snow Wolfdog and Junaid Cat included however it doesn't contain one as intended. It only includes Young Fogan Tier 2.

16. There is an issue where guild skill levels may not apply immediately after the skill points have been consumed. If you switch tabs back and forth, you can confirm that the skills have been learned.

17. There is an issue where cooking knowledge popup is unable to be closed. As a temporary fix, please activate the chat window to exit out of this menu.

18. There is an issue where certain items (Treant Camouflage set, Desert Camouflage) in the Pearl Shop does not appear.

19. There is an issue where sending workers to a different city workshop does not bring the storage materials from the worker's home city

20. There is an issue where appearance of horse gears cannot be toggled on and off.

21. There is an issue where Spanish [Wizard] Crescent Moon item appears in Korean instead.

Resolved Issue
1. There is currently an issue where you cannot claim the reward in the bottom slot of your rewards tab. We are looking into the issue and will try to fix it as soon as possible.

2. There is an issue where field bosses spawn on all servers (this will be fixed next maintenance)
