As per the notice on July 6th (Issue regarding [Season] Great Pioneer’s Chest), we confirmed an issue regarding [Season] Great Pioneer’s Chest obtained from [Season] Crow Merchants Guild Contribution Certificate I & II and the item was put under temporary suspension.

The "[Season] Great Pioneer’s Chest” was originally intended to grant only one chance to obtain rewards. However, after investigations, it was discovered that bonus chances could be granted, allowing Adventurers to receive more rewards than anticipated.

With many Adventurers already having received and opened the box, we decided not to retrieve the additional rewards or make fixes to the box in the hopes that Adventurers can benefit more from the extra rewards and enjoy the game throughout the season. As a result, the suspension on the [Season] Great Pioneer’s Chest has been lifted and the bonus chances of the box are to remain as it is.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this issue, and will continue to work on providing a more stable service in the future.
