Adventurers,

 

During the March 3rd (Wed.) maintenance, the effects of Value Packs were boosted and the Value Pack (30 Days) items was able to be traded on the Central Market. Further investigations have shown that the price ceiling in the Central Market was lower than the intended price ceiling of the Value Pack (30 Days).

 

We apologize for not discovering this pricing issue sooner.

 

We will be balancing the Value Pack prices back to its proper value as well as compensating for the price gap through the August 11th maintenance as following:

Silver Compensation

- Adventurers who have sold the Value Pack (30 Days) item on the Central Market will be compensated for the price gap in silver if their transactions took place between March 3rd (Wed.) maintenance and August 11th (Wed.) maintenance.

- Silver compensation amount will be settled as below and sent to you via in-game mail:

[(New Price Ceiling) – (Transaction Price of the Time)] X Quantities sold for Value Pack (30 Days)

 

Removal of Value Packs (30 Days) registered on the Central Market before the August 11th Maintenance

- These items will be removed from the Central Market and placed into your storage.
