Gameplay that operates outside of the intended design can disrupt the balance within the game and may negatively affect game balance as a whole. As such, it has always been our priority to deal with these kinds of issues as promptly as possible to provide a better gaming environment for Black Desert Console Adventurers.

Any Adventurers identified with unauthorized programs and/or abnormal gameplay records will be dealt with accordingly based on our Terms of Service and the Operational Policy of Black Desert Console.

Restriction Details on Accounts Violating the Operational Policy

- Restricted Date: September 2, 2021

- Restriction Details: Attempting or Suspicion of Unauthorized Program/Macro Use (Temporary Restriction)

- Restricted Accounts: 2 accounts

Since the launch of Black Desert Console, we have been employing a variety of methods to detect Adventurers violating the Operational Policy and actively responding to said violations. As we carry out our investigations into said violations, responses included restrictions on the use of services as listed in the Operational Policy.

Recently, there have been a number of accounts found to be using account-piloting services. We have conducted a thorough investigation on said accounts and have taken the following measures against the accounts that have been confirmed through our investigations:

Restriction Details on Accounts that used Account-Piloting Services

- Restricted Date: September 1, 2021

- Restriction Details: Bot (Farm/Cluster) under the Operational Policy (Permanent Restriction)

- Restricted Accounts: 2 accounts

Investigations regarding account-piloting services are ongoing and measures outlined in the Operational Policy will be taken against Adventurers confirmed to have use/used said services.

Therefore, we advise Adventurers to not engage in services that violate the Operational Policy of Black Desert Console. Please report to the Support Center if you find Adventurers engaging in any activity that violate the Operational Policy.
