There will be a partial maintenance on some of the servers for the following reason:

- Fixing an issue where Super Armor would not apply in certains circumstances while using some Sage's skills

For those who are online, please check the maintenance schedule and move to servers where maintenance is not happening.

■ Maintenance Starts at:

NA: October 15, 2:00 AM (PDT)

EU: October 15, 10:00 AM (UTC+1)

ASIA: October 15, 07:00 PM (GMT+9)

■ Expected Time for Maintenance:

All Regions: About 1-2 hours.

■ Server Maintenance Groupings  

We will start by taking down one set of servers, applying the fixes, bringing them back online, then taking down the other servers.  

There is an issue where the headstone at Traitor's Graveyard (Marie Cave) does not appear as intended.

- ASIA: 

Group 1: 

Balenos, Serendia, Calpheon, Valencia, NEW-Olvia, Season-1

Group 2 (After the Maintenance on Group 1 has concluded):  

Arsha, Florin(XB), Epheria(PS), Mediah, Season-2

- Before exiting the game, please put your character in a safe zone. Please be noted that your character and mount can be attacked by nearby monsters and other characters if you leave the game in a combat zone.

- Joining guilds during partial maintenance may result in temporary issues with guild names not being displayed properly.

- Ongoing guild missions will be cancelled during maintenance. Please complete all guild missions for any remaining progress or rewards cannot be recovered.

- If the message “Already Connecting” continues to show even after maintenance, please try reconnecting.

- Please note that the maintenance duration is subject to change. If there are any changes to the maintenance duration, we will make a separate announcement.

As this is an unexpected maintenance, we will be sending all Adventurers whose accounts were created prior to the Partial Maintenance a ‘GM’s Advanced Lucky Box’ in their mail. 

The mail and the item attached can be retrieved until the following date, so please ensure that you pick up your items.
