Adventurers,

Hot off the heels of their PEN(V) Accessory quest, the Old Moon Guild are at it again, this time with the Guaranteed PEN (V) Boss Gear Questline!

Need a refresher on the PEN Accessory quest? Look no further:

From the October 28^th Maintenance, you will be able to begin the process of obtaining your very own PEN(V) Boss Gear. This quest line will allow you to obtain a total of 7 PEN items.

For many, PEN gear felt like a distant goal, one that was often daunting due to the unpredictability of the Black Spirit. But fear not, this new system will be one that has a clear cut path to obtain, and while it may look daunting, GM Grana is here to explain the process as simple as possible.

First, the gear that can be used in this quest are as follows.

Once you have this gear in your inventory, talk to the [Old Moon Guild Manager] Jetina to accept and complete the following quests.

Requirements	① Have the desired upgradable gear in your inventory. └ You must remove any socketed Crystals or Caphras Enhancement Levels. ② Complete the quest, ‘Old Moon Guild’s Trade Offer’ from Jetina, then complete the Black Spirit’s suggested quest ‘[PEN (V) Boss Gear: The Old Moon Guild’s Best Deal]’.
Objectives	Hand over the upgradable gear to Jetina
Rewards	TET(IV) Boss Gear identical to the gear type handed over to Jetina. └ You can select the Boss Gear you desire if you hand in PEN (V) Tuvala gear equippable by a normal character. └ The Newly obtained piece of gear will no longer be registerable on the Central Market.

* The [Slot] portion of the quest title includes a total of 7 different gear types, including helmet, gloves, shoes, armor, main weapon, sub-weapon and awakening weapon.

* The [Boss] portion of the quest title includes a total of 13 different boses, namely Giath, Griffon, Bheg, Leebur, Urugon, Muskan, Dim Tree Spirit, Red Nose, Kzarka, Offin Tett, Nouver, Kutum, Karanda.

Once you complete the above quest, you’ll finally get a TET (IV) Boss Gear that can be upgraded!

TET (IV) Boss Gear can be upgraded from Reform Levels I to V with the corresponding Resplendent Reform Stone.

Once a piece of gear has been upgraded to Reform Level V, you’ll be able to accept the “Old Moon’s Brilliant ” quest from Jetina and exchange it for PEN (V) Boss Gear.

The Reform Stones required to upgrade your gear can be obtained through the Processing> Heating option.

How to Obtain Concentrated Boss Crystal

① Defeat bosses to obtain “Boss’s Latent Auras” or “Concentrated Boss Crystals.”

Take down bosses such as the World Bosses who spawn according to the Boss Schedule, Field Bosses who spawn randomly, and even those who appear from Dark Rifts!

How to Obtain Concentrated Boss Aura’s

You can obtain “Concentrated Boss Auras” by using Processing (L) - Simple Alchemy with PRI (I), DUO (II), and TRI (III) Boss Gear.

- You can only process boss gear that can be registered on the Central Market.

How to Obtain Oquilla Sky/Earth Crystal

For the final Reform Level V, you will need either the “Oquilla Sky Crystal” or “Oquilla Earth Crystal,” which you can obtain by exchanging Oquilla Pieces of the Old Moon with Jetina.

You can purchase Oquilla Piece of the Old Moon from NPC vendors located in each major city.
