Thank you for playing Black Desert for Xbox One. We always strive to deliver the best possible experience for our players, however, sometimes we discover issues that crept through our QA process. Below is an issue of currently known issues in Black Desert for Xbox One:

1. There is an issue where only 10 exchanges are displayed when exchanging Asula Accessories.
2. There is an issue where web banners do not show up properly in certain instances.
3. There is an issue where the Resurrection skill icon is shown upon reaching Witch/Wizard class Lv.45. Currently this skill is unavailable and will be added at a later update.
4. There is an issue where sometimes the scoreboard UI will not disappear after the Red Battlefield concludes.
5. There is an issue where the master volume in game gets set to zero when the cutscene for the [The Ritual] quest begins playing.
6. There is an issue where when the network is unstable, the UI will not be displayed correctly.
7. There is an issue where the Character Selection and Change Server options are not working during tutorials. This can be fixed through completing the tutorial or restarting the game.
8. There is an issue where you cannot check the effects and duration of the gold bar exchange buffs in certain churches.
9. There is an issue where minigame UI and the buff icon overlap.
10. There is currently an issue where taking screenshots in the Beauty Mode will cause the game to crash.  
11. There is an issue with Lahns Sanguine Patal costume textures in certain situations.
12. There is an issue where the Beauty Album may crash when taking screenshots.
13. There is an issue where the Shai currently does not show up in the Disconnect Window when trying to switch characters.

[Resolved Issues]

1. There is an issue where there are no visual indicators for Hot Time.
2. There is an issue where in certain situations storage maids are not properly stacking items when there are network issues. If this occurs, please try again.
3. There is an issue where if a pet has more than 5 pet actions, the pet information cannot be displayed.
4. There is an issue where if a Tier-1 pet reaches level 10, that pet's skills will not be displayed when exchanging pets.
5. There is an issue where in the ranger's skill window the control key for 'Awakening: Kamasylven Sword' is displayed as RB. However, it can be used with 'Y'.
6. There is an issue where some classes skills do not display correctly when previewing them in the skill demo window
7. There is an issue where the cursor snaps while proceeding with guild quests.
8. There is an issue where system messages appear in the chat window a second time in certain situations.
9. There is an issue where exclusive item UI is not displayed properly in the weapon's tool tip.
10. There is an issue where the type of Etc is not activated in the quest preferences. It can be fixed through selecting the type in the profile.
11. There is an issue where Lafi Bedmountain's Upgraded Compass is not working as intended.
12. There is an issue where previous highlighted effects are stay open when selecting the coupon. Moving the cursor will fix this issue.
13. There is an issue with the Imperial Delivery NPC's, so they have been removed until further notice.
14. There is an issue where the item tooltip does not show the central market price information.

- In [Event] Level 20 Achievement Box, [Event] Karlstein Outfit & Weapon box should be giving a outfit with 15 days of expiration date, not 7 days as written in the description.

- The expiration period for [Event] Level 60 Achievement Box is written as 7 days, but it actually does not have any expiration period."

15. In German, there is an issue with the 'Cantusa' Wizard outfit saying Staff instead of dagger.
16. There is an issue where cooking knowledge popup is unable to be closed. As a temporary fix, please activate the chat window to exit out of this menu.
17. There is an issue where appearance of horse gears cannot be toggled on and off.
18. There is an issue where Spanish [Wizard] Crescent Moon item appears in Korean instead.
19. There is an issue where sending workers to a different city workshop does not bring the storage materials from the worker's home city.
20. There is an issue where certain items (Treant Camouflage set, Desert Camouflage) in the Pearl Shop does not appear.
