As announced in our latest service update video, Black Desert Console will be transitioning to an exclusive PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series service on June 26th.

With this transition, we will be ending support for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One platforms.

We understand that this news may be disappointing for our longtime Adventurers on these platforms. Please know that this decision was made after careful consideration, with the goal of ensuring the future growth and evolution of Black Desert Console.

For our Adventurers currently playing on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One platforms, please take note of the following important details:

● End of PS4 & Xbox One Support Schedule

- During the Maintenance on June 26, 2025 (Thu)

* This subject is subject to change depending on the review process of each platform. If there are any changes, we will provide an announcement.

● Important Information

- Black Desert will no longer be available for download or play on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

- Purchases of Black Desert products, including game packages, item packs, and Pearl Boxes, will be restricted on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One stores.

- All game data, purchased items, and Pearls will remain safely stored and accessible on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series platforms.
