We discovered an issue where tax is applied on items you obtain by exchanging the New DLC Pack Seal from the “Nova: Heir of Calpheon DLC” when you first register them on the Central Marketplace.

As notified in the DLC sale notice, here are the list of items that you can obtain by exchanging the New DLC Pack Seal from Igor Bartali:

-[Nova] Aquila Classic Set

-Nova Horse Gear Set (DLC Exclusive)

-Young Baphomet (LIMITED)

-Combat & Skill EXP 300% Scroll (60 min) x5

Due to tax exemption not applying on the first initial sale of the [Nova] Aquila Classic Set and Young Baphomet (LIMITED) pet in the Central Marketplace, we will be implementing the below measures during January 6 maintenance:

● If you obtained the DLC Pack Seal after purchasing the Nova DLC and sold the items on Central Marketplace

→ You will receive the equivalent amount of tax that should have been exempted as Silver via in-game mail (amount based on highest value of the item at day of the maintenance)

● If you obtained the DLC Pack Seal after purchasing the Nova DLC and registered the items on Central Marketplace

→ We will cancel the registration and remove the DLC Pack Seal from your account and send you the items with the tax exemption applied via in-game mail.

● If you obtained the DLC Pack Seal after purchasing the Nova DLC and have yet to exchange it for items

→ We will remove the DLC Pack Seal from your account and send you the items with the tax exemption applied via in-game mail.

● If you obtained the DLC Pack Seal after purchasing the Nova DLC and exchanged the items without registering them on the Central Marketplace

→ We will remove the exchanged items from your account and send you the items with the tax exemption applied via in-game mail.

If you purchased the Nova: Heir of Calpheon DLC before January 6 and did not login until after January 6 maintenance, please contact Customer Support for detailed instructions.
