On August 11th, the 2021 Summer Season Graduation Announcement was released, however there has been some confusion about the gifts received as it was lacking certain information.

The GM Note indicated that there was a total of four items that could be exchanged for completing the Season Server gift exchange. These items are PEN(V) Capotia Earrings, PEN (V) Capotia Ring, Perilla’s Star, and a PEN(V) Capotia Belt, and if you exchange for one now, you will be unable to accept the same reward during the next season.

However, the actual rewards are separated into 3 categories as shown in the table below.

Therefore, Adventurers graduating from the 2021 Summer Season who chose the ‘PEN(V) Capotia Earring from the Reward A group will be unable to collect the PEN(V) Capotia Ring in future seasons. In future seasons you will need to select between Reward B, Reward C, or any other additional rewards which may be added.

If you select the PEN(V) Capotia Ring for this seasons reward, in future seasons you will be unable to select PEN(V) Capotia Earring, and your choice will be limited to Reward B, Reward C, or any other additional rewards which may be added.

The instructions regarding the collection of Reward A was not clearly specified, so any Adventurers who collect Reward A can submit a ticket to Customer Service and we can change the item as soon as possible. However, only PEN(V) Capotia items within Reward A group will be eligible for exchange. ex) PEN(V) Capotia Earring can only be exchanged into PEN(V) Capotia Ring and PEN(V) Capotia Ring can only be exchanged into PEN(V) Capotia Earring.

Additionally, in the process of investigating these issues, the UI regarding the current season’s special gift was found to be somewhat unintuitive. If you wanted to choose the PEN(V) Capotia Ring, but instead ended up with the PEN(V) Capotia Earring due to the UI configuration, please contact Customer Support and we will help you to exchange it.

We will also improve this UI feature through an additional patch (set for August 13th UTC+1) to avoid further difficulties in selecting the reward that you would like.
